Rubber Process Oil (RPO)

Product Specification

Furfural Extract

RPO is fully rich aromatic by-products from solvent extracting process to modify physical properties of the vulcanization and to reduce the cost of the finished product.

Application

As component in rubber formulations and manufacturing of products such as automobile tires, rubber shock absorbers, footwear, industrial hoses, wire and cable coverings, flooring materials and carrier fluid or solvent in manufacture of adhesives, sealants, polishes and carbon black.

RPO DAE

DAE is fully aromatic oil from solvent extracting process to widely applications in tire, tape & rubber industries.

RPO DAE is categorized in Heavy RPO and Light RPO. Heavy RPO (DAE 40) is golden green color with Kinematic viscosity@ 100 °C: 40-60 CST. Light RPO (DAE 10) is dark brown color with Kinematic viscosity@ 100 °C: 10 CST.

Application

This combination is used as carrier oil, plasticizer, diluents & filling agent that remain in the final product contributing to both ease of processing and improved product performance in rubber industry.
